I don't mean to cause any trouble by saying this and don't mean to start any arguments but I do want to express my opinion.. I do hope you make everyone start again at zero. A fresh start should be a fresh start.

Of course everyone should have the opportunity to restart or recreate a character they love (or make a descendant of their NWN characters if they wish) but I can't imagine anything worse than joining a brand new game and finding there's a private club of epic characters already there on day one. Among other things it would be a huge and unwelcoming turn off to new players.
