Congratulations to Jennara/Gulnyr for her successful WLDQ. After many RL issues and nearly two and half years waiting (since her original approval) she has officially become WL.

In the spirit of transparency, we would like to offer the OOC details of what occurred at the end of things. Jennara, by the last session of her quest had completed all of the sub goals for her quest but not the principle one. She was able to do this in the last session but went over her time limit by just a little bit. After some discussion with the powers-that-be we have decided to go ahead and allow the pass since the entire quest was spent with the player's best effort, including: inside quest time, out side quest time, continuous interaction with the GM even when schedule conflicts prevented quest episodes to be run, and many other issues. Gulnyr's effort was OOCly nothing short of what we expect of WLs, so we have allowed this exception, as we would do for any other player ho exhibited the same amount of work. As an aside, no exp will be given to the players (WL applicant or others) for the overage.

We post this for clarity because in the past some WL applicants have failed due to running out of time. In those cases the applicant and party were far away from completion by the end of their time allotment. In Jennara's case, (as was mentioned above) she was very close to finishing her quest. Not just the bare minimum of passing but all goals completed (all WLDQs have degrees of pass and failure).
