# Short Bio / Description: Though raised in a monestary from an early age Li never felt at home within its confines, often he would spend hours outside practicing his katas underneath the trees. One day he noticed a mantis attacking a beetle much larger than itself, entranced he tried to take in its every move, and precise gesture. Captivated by the speed and grace of the mantis he began attempting to emulate its style, and began practicing with kamas to further emulate the creature that so entranced him. His masters however thought little of his new style, and he left in disgrace, swearing to further refine his style and one day return to triumph.

Further attempting to enhance his style, Li moves like a mantis; walking with an oddly deliberate stride, and often making startlingly quick motions with his arms. He often comes across as cold, and controlled even for a monk.
