Thomas 'Thrack’ Nestel

Thomas only son of Grendt (Hill Giant) and a Sharmeen (Human). He and his parents lived in Lar near the Grey Peak Mountains.

Thomas helped the town of Lar in many ways. He was very powerful and could shoulder large loads. He was a superb fighter and helped to train the men and women in the area. He also helped defend Lar from the evils of the land. When he wasn’t guarding the town or training others in combat. He could be found at The Flaming Twins Inn. Thomas was very good at persuading people to stay out of trouble while tipping back their ales. Those who wanted to pick a fight he tossed out. Lots of folks would come to the Inn just to see who would be dumb enough to try and fight Thomas. Seeing them tossed out became quite the spectators sport. Thomas had a bit of an on going contest at the expense of those who caused trouble... his current record is a toss of 30’. A surely halfling decided Tomas wasn’t so big and tough. Next thing the halfling knew he was sailing thru the air and landed in a snowdrift.

Thomas got along with most every one in town. Those who didn’t get along with him knew better than to cross him. Some who came to Lar from other cities would steer clear of him at first but once they saw he was no threat most warmed right up to him.

Thomas always wanted to be challenged. He was always looking for the next adventure, always pushing himself to be better. Once Thomas reached 18 he desired to leave Lar to travel the lands in search of his next challenge. As a symbol of his coming of age he changed his name to Thrack, said his goodbyes to his parents and the peoples of Lar. He promised to visit them when his adventures lead him back to the snowy little town on the mountainside.

//Thrack is a take action kind of person... he would rather bash his way thru a problem than sit back and talk it out or analyze things. He will defend his true friends and what he believes is right or just to his last breath.
