Default Seladaan Hruthgar

Name : Seladaan Hrethgar
Age : 20
Class : Bard
Race : Human
Alignment : Neutral Good
Deity : Aragen
Background : Growing up as the oldest of two boys and into his youth, Seladaan's father Joran wished him to be a warrior. His family had a long tradition of serving in armies and Mercenary companies and his father had earnt his Knighthood, but with Seladaan there was something different. Much to his fathers didain he had picked up alot from Kelryn, his mother, as her side of the family had a strong streak of Sorcery in it's past. His mother had covered the true prowess of her powers from her husband, but when she saw the beatings Seladaan was given, secretly taught him how to tap into his natural abilities, though not to fight back, but to hide and protect himself.
When Seladaan was 19, his brother came to his 16th birthday and a great celebration was held by his father. During the great feast that was held, a lone hooded musician played a lute. Seladaan could feel the music flow through him, akin to the feeling he had when his mother was teaching him of his power.
The next day, Seladaan fled the hold that he had known his whole life and followed this strange musician, keeping back to not to be seen by him. After half a days travel, Seladaan lost sight of the man, running to catch up got to the place where he had last seen him and stared around wildly...the man could not been seen anywhere, but there was no-where he could have gone. His spirits beaten, he went to turn back to the Hold and then stopped. He stood still, thinking over what his life had been like so far and although he loved his mother dearly, and dispised his father and brother with an equal amount of hatred, he decided to go on...to find his way. Just as he had made his mind up, the stranger appeared...from nowhere.
He introduced himself and Ne'Andur, an Elf who claimed to be a master Bard. He explained to Seladaan that seladaan's mother had called for him to be present in the hope that Seladaan would find his true calling and now that he had, Ne'Andur would tutor him.
In the last year Seladaan has learned well, remembering what his mother taught him and learning how to combine his special abilities with music. Ne'Andur has been called back to his homelands with the promise that he would return.
Seladaan now finds his own way using music and magic, always keen to learn what he can.
