Background:
Sarah's life has always been filled with magic. Both of her parents were practitioners of the arcane arts. Often times her mother and father would be away on some trip to a foreign library, or some remote tower of an associate of theirs. This would leave Sarah alone for great lapses of time. Her parents had requested, with a sizeable donation, the local temple to send one of their acolytes to their house during these expeditions to teach Sarah. In truth, the acolyte was really hired on as a babysitter. But Sarah learned a lot from the different priests that visited her during these trips.

She couldn't escape magic, nor would she ever want to. Magic filled her life, and she embraced it warmly. But the friendliness and self-sacrifice attitude of all the clergy from the temple, drove Sarah to a decision. When she became of age, she enlisted within the temple of Lucinda. Her parents, while expecting their daughter to follow in their footsteps as wizards, were more than happy to learn that she has chosen to dedicate her life to Lucinda, and the Weave.
