Working as a merchant with his family, Kasius got his first taste of the size world at a young age. Like most Halflings, this inspired the desire for adventure and excitement within him. Leaving his family and life of trade behind, he ventured out into the world for a few years of exploration, before settling down to inherit his father’s business.

While thievery is not beneath him, he prefers to rely on persuasion and wit to get what he wants. He has proven to be an excellent diplomat and mediator, and an even better spy. The inquisitive youth, has a great fascination with anything that is unfamiliar. Everything from magical scrolls to the customs of different races intrigues him, particularly humans. His fascination with humans and human wares stems from his family’s continual contact with them.

His merchant background has given him a knack for small talk. To the unobservant, Kasius may seem foolish and careless but do not let his idle chat deceive you, he is incredibly clever and constantly scheming. Like most Halflings, money is a motivating factor for Kasius but looting only comes second to his fervor for adventure. His preferred weapon is an inconspicuous and easily concealable dagger, perfect for when deals go badly.
