Short Bio/Description: Having to rage war against the Giants living in the Greypeak Mountains is no easy task. I spent most of my life, so far, defending the trading routes between our clan settlement and the city of Lar where good trades take place. It is always with anticipation that I welcome those journeys into the mountains. Fighting those giants who have no honor is of course the real reason for the trek; the trading an excuse for it, at least for me. Practicing the most recent learned techniques on how to swing my axe more effectively during battle was always a sheer pleasure. Then once back to the mines, I would tell my master about the learned experience and would practice more and more for my goal is to bring my fighting capabilities to their highest potential.
But recently I started experiencing troubling dreams that I do not yet understand. With the cold month of Cold-Rust coming and trading not as plentiful, I decided to journey to the south where the Berhagen Mountain range lies and find my older and wiser brother. It is my wish that he will be helpful in finding their meaning. He has a way with the mind that I do not understand. But I value his wisdom and more importantly, his crafting skills. When I was not training I would make sure to pass by his forge to learn and observe. Sometime he would ask for my help in the gathering of iron. Those were exciting adventures, memories never to be forgotten.
I will also take this time to visit with my dad, leader of the "Helazen Clan", and also my former mentor in the art of fighting. As soon as I reached an age where my hands were big enough to hold an axe he made sure I would always have one by my side. And thanks to him, today it almost feels like it is an extension of my own arm. As a follower of Vorax himself, he made sure I would grow up with the values of honor, bravery and valor. Although demanding, he was just and righteous. I fought two wars by his side and I am proud to have known such a privilege. |
