Its is only 7-10 gold and to customize your look its like 10-200 gold for a complete look.
Just so everyone knows you can change the robes of the Monk, Wizard and the Robes of Acid and so on...
You just need to find someone that can change it, some one with a high custom skill. That gets pricy but its worth it if you want to look diffrent then everyone eles
