RE: WANTED: Lueanne Lightfinger *Reads carefully, following the lines with his finger*. Writes a carefully worded reply: Well, given the sparce availability of law enforcement, it may actually be impossible to detain a said suspect without total incapacitation if at all, given that the suspect will not surrender of their own free will. By Aeridin, such an action goes against the light, since it will imply an unjustified use of force. Furthermore, it may be impossible to safely deliver the suspect to law enforcement, given the precarious conditions, haunting the land at this time. Therefore, by the light of Aeridin, I *illegibly written name, in elvish*, shall not be a party to such an evil undertaking, unless there is a way to capture this suspect without harming those around, and the suspect itself. After all one is innocent until proven guilty. This in itself makes the reward, highly dubious from both legal and moral standing. Since said person was not pronounced guilty at a trial.
May Aeridin's light shine a ray of compassion and understanding onto all those, whose moral standing clearly requires it.
