For that reason, I always put names between asterisks so that its not translated. Ie Yes we are going to *Town* to pick up supplies from *Name* in the name of *Deity*.

Elves may have their own names for places that would be translated, but I leave a lot of stuff in Common. Because. The name thing bugs me, too. :P
