Elias is the son of a third generation officer in the Saida Military. The Rose family have a strong military history having all been renowned warriors. From birth Elias was expected to follow in the footsteps of ancestors and join the military.

He began training at an early age and immediately showed talent as a swordsman, being able to fight equally well with both hands. However, Elias was always more interested in the tales of adventurers, dragons, and wizards he read in books but his father dismissed as ill-disciplined rogues.

When he came of age Elias reluctantly enrolled in the Military, fulfilling his father’s wishes but was expelled after only a few months after showing a rebellious disregard for authority and the army’s rules. He was disowned by his father who felt he had brought disgrace on the family name.

Using the last of his money to but equipment Elias has chosen to follow the path of the warrior adventurer and set off in search of glory, fortune, and adventure to one day prove his father wrong.

Elias is tall and athletic with black hair, blue eyes, a pale complexion, and black and red tattoos. He is quick witted, often being too impulsive, acting and speaking in haste. He enjoys a challenge and relishes the thrill of battle.
