Alymansie’s life in North Point was reasonably good; he entertained in a theatre and was quite wealthy. He had always talked of how he would one day explore the world, but no one expected him to suddenly buy a ship and leave, with no experience of sailing at all. When asked about this, he merely shrugged and said he was getting bored and wanted more out of life.

They set sail, but after having failed in navigating across the bay of Carocsa, Alymansie’s crew was near mutinous, and he was struggling to keep command. The crew confronted him, and it looked like he would be marooned or even killed. However, something unexpected happened. In the middle of the confrontation, a group of pirates attacked, and there was a huge battle between the crews. Towards the end of the battle, Alymansie switched sides, taking the clothes of a dead pirate, and when the battle ended, he stayed with the pirates, passing as one of them.

They sailed around the seas, raiding other ships and stopping at pirate coves, Alymansie kept the crew motivated with his performances. One day, they raided Liken on Mistone, and were chased out, however Alymansie and a few other pirates were captured.

In the prison cell, Alymansie had managed to smuggle in a lock pick, and him and his companions stole guard uniforms and left the town. They were free. After this, Alymansie decided not to accompany the other pirates back to sea, and instead decided to explore mistone. He had ventured the seas, now it was time to see some land...
