This is a good beginning, I just have a few concerns. First off, I want you to be aware that a Red Dragon Disciple is extremely difficlult to achive on Layonara. Among the reasons, is the fact that there are very few dragons left here. See this thread for an idea of the requirements to become a red dragon disciple. :

Secondly: 23 is almost toddler years for an elf, so he will have to be quite a bit older.
Layonara is the name of the world, not a continent. see this link for the names of the contintents and their locations.

Lastly, Faery Dragons are not known for their rage.
Please address these concerns and we can get Habril approved.
