Well, the chaotic part is because he will do anything he feels he must to help people. A CG person would say, stop a corrupt land lord on the way to tax already over taxed people. A NG or LG person would not. The character is one of those people who will do what he feels he needs to, reguardless of laws, to help people.

Edited for a different last name as well.
