Well you certainly have put a lot of thought into the build aspects of this character but I have a few things I would like to see and suggest:
We dont promote the build of a character here we focus on RP and let the character develop naturally. You seem to have planned this characters future already. I would suggest you dont worry so much about that but about how your character got to be where they are today. In line with this I would like to see a more clearly expressed bio telling us how you grew up and developed into the person the character is today about to begin their adventuring career.

Some of the things you have stated here appear contridictory and I cannot really see you as a rogue but from your descriptions more of a fighter.

If you are interested in multiclassing to a Monk in future you need to be aware once you go to Monk you can never return to your former class and you will need to show consistant development of your character towards this aspect.
