Bio/Description: (I probably will need a tad bit of help here)
Born on the northern part of the dragon isle of Caesin, Dfer even as a boy wanted to know what was on the other side of the ocean/sea. Dfer had to hunt for his own food, being raised in the wilds so he is prefers spears as a weapon of choice. Born in the wilds he mainly speaks elvish with some crude common taught by his druid father who left for the wilds long ago.Though disencouraged by his wild Elf parents Dfer taught himself how to swim and eventually he began experimenting in ship building being uncivilized this was a tedious process that led to crude rafts with oars instead of sails, not knowing anything about navigation he was quickly lost and crash landed.(I will leave the starting point to the Dm's for flexabilty).
