I do want to caution everyone posting in this thread. Don't turn this into a debate or a round of finger-pointing and accusations, or this thread will be locked.
I stronglyurge everyone to drop the assumptions, to keep the OOC from bleeding into the IC situations and to gain some perspective from this situation as a whole, both what happened in-game, what happened on the forums and especially the effects from both of those which culminated in Harlas' post above.
At this point, it no longer matters who started what, who made what mistakes, who is better at X than someone else and why, or any of the other things that have been brought up since last week. What matters if that we all take a look at this situation, whether involved directly or not, whether a GM or not, whether epic or level 1 and understand that what has happened, understand the mistakes that were made and understand how this was bad for the game and bad for the community.
Once again, don't turn this into a debate or finger-pointing thread, or else it will be locked.
