He's intrested in an enhancement of fire of the second kind to go with the firey appearance the weapon already has. If you have the item or you are intrested in helping Freldo out, please seek him out. For those of you that do not know him, he is usually dressed in turquoise garb and is usually found in Hlint but is known to wander the lands of the west. Payment may be in gold or with two firebombs he has but finds no use in them.
