The confusing part isn't converting from GMT to other time zones... the confusing part is that when I do so, I still get different times. Is it supposed to be 4PM (1600) GMT? Or 8PM (2000) EDT?

It seems like the schedule conversions are backwards... if it's supposed to be 1600 GMT, then it should be at 1200 (noon) EDT, not 2000. If it's 2000 EDT, then it should be at 0000 (midnight Sunday to Monday) GMT, not 1600.
