okay... there are rules and stuff, one is something like not giving out locations on the fourms. So when someone tells you to ask IG its not becosue there mean, its becosue there are rules and guidlines for this. If you dont know IC then you dont know IC... congragulations.. you now know OOC... but you still dont know IC.
