Link explaining CDQ submissions.
I would be officially impressed if you have enough material on a character development journal to support a CDQ at level 5. My advice is to enjoy your character and roleplay it and when you hit that point of transition to shifter, you will know. Just because you can take it, doesn't mean you have to.
