This is approved for the new World Leader Development Quest. Remember you do not have to take this to continue to level up. And if you change your mind and do not want to go down this path that is fine as well. If you do want to continue down this path then grab a GM and get in line for a quest and good luck.
And BTW... Quillwem is more deserving than Rurik was (though Rurik was cool but Quillwem is more deserving).
You have become a good member in the community and Quillwem has accomplished a few world altering things--good job. You are definetly coming in to your own.
