Goodday to you. My name is Shu-Zhen-Liu. I am a girl from Mistone. My father was a farmer in a small village in a peaceful region near Liken.I was raised as a typical girl of my region: to become a good housewife, so I should merry well. But fate changed it all.

When I was four years old, a very strange and (a bit) unsettling thing happened. Our village was visited by a few monks of a monastery a couple of leagues ahead. This monastery is devoted to Aragen. These monks are always searching the lands for new pupils, mostly youngsters. When they saw me, they were quite observing for a while, and then they visited my father. They had seen a certain "sign" in or upon me, what could mean the gods had a special purpose for me. No-one could say WHAT purpose at this moment, because it would be revealed after a score of years (or maybe more, or even maybe never). But, whatever the result would be, the monks had to take me to the monastery to provide me an education. What direction that education should go, would be dedided by my talents.

They took me with them and I raised in the monastery, under the care of the monks. Some of my fellow-students became healers, sages, priests, gardeners, warriors or whatever they were talented in. It became obvious that my strength was in the noble martial arts. I was trained as a warrior for the good. And talented I was; within a few years I outrun my fellow-students. But not only fighting was a part of the lessons, also humbleness,homeliness and servitude to the lawful cause.

And now my training has finished. My teachers have learned me all I must know. I was told to leave the monastery and to enter the outside world. The time has come to find out what purpose the gods have chosen for me. I've said to goodbye to all my beloved, I've taken my few belongings and I am ready to find out what fate lies beyond......
