Second: It has nothing to do how long you have played, but (!) how deep your PC is developed.If you want your PC to be approved for a PrC you need a character development thread (similar to a diary) that shows the development and maybe IG situations or RP that lead to that development.
If you get approved than you just need that "quest thing"
