I'm a little late on this, but would there perhaps be a setting for one to turn the gore all the way up? I'm with 8bit and likes me my gore. Doom 3 was a dream for me... A pants-wettingly terrifying dream, but a dream nonetheless.

I understand that there's no real reason to include THAT kind of violence, even as a setting that comes defaulted as much lower, but... Something along the lines of NWN, or maybe a bit higher on the top end, might be nice, IMO.
