Just to further confuse things, the above link gives this result, which says that 13:00MST is 20:00GMT, not 19:00GMT as listed above.

Can Chongo please confirm MST (Mountain Standard Time) is the correct time zone to use, and not MDT (Mountain Daylight Time, aka "summer time").
