Re: Layl Maaw, Sun's Journal - a Bard's journey Yesterday we ventured out with a group that was going to the goblin caves, or goobs, like my Stone calls them. *laughs warmly* He makes me laugh. We almost lost one, but we quickly moved and he recovered from the goblin magic. I often used my bard song to strengthen my friends and Dazed some goblins to help them in battle. I also helped healing a few of them when needed healing. I used my bow and arrow to surprise goblins that were not on guard, and lure them to our front line figthers.
As we finalized our journey, I found an area that almost looks like a stage. Having grown with my parents as performers, stages are familiar to me. I stepped up there and danced and my Stone didn't seem to like it. I told him I was dancing for him... but other males started tossing coins at me. While I didn't understand why they did this, apparently my Stone got offended. I saw some frustration on his eyes as he walked away. I can't stand hurting my beloved one, so I apologized to him and promised him that I wouldn't do that again. I love him so much! He's everything to me!
As we rested outside the caves, we started talking with the group and again, they addressed some issues with the use of power incorrectly in town. One of them mentioned he will issue an investigation about the incident with Aerimor getting arrested. My Stone explained to this powerful warrior that Aerimor was under this lady's magic influence and she made him punch his friend Alatriel, a female. After that, she then arrested him. What type of evil use of magic and power was this display? I hope that justice is done.
I look forward to continuing my crafting, so I'll ask my Stone to go get some wood to make some instruments. I know it will be wonderful to play again.
