What can I say about myself? Well. I've been playing games since I was a wee lad. Saturday morning cartoons was how I was raised. And no, my family didn't hate me, they are very caring if a little overzealous. They definitely fall down on the Lawful Good Paladin Zealots. And me, the Chaotic Good Rebel trying to contradict them every step of the way.
Been playing Roleplaying games for a long while now, probably since Atari came out. My tabletop experience started about 4 years ago when I got with some college buddies to try the whole DnD thing. Since then I haven't stopped playing the game in one way or another. Either as a player or as a DM. I tried out some other systems, but mostly I've remained in DnD.
I run all sorts of quests. Love heavy RP, love bashing monsters, love riddles, love puzzles. I mostly adapt to the party since not everyone is the same and I understand that people play this game for several reasons. And whoever tells you that there is no RP in killing monsters, well they're wrong. So with me, the sky is the limit, unless you're acting stupid.
Which brings me to the famous Calem Rule: "Act stupid and face the consequences". Really just means that the moment you're start acting out of character and doing silly things, is the moment you'll likely fail the quest and/or die horribly from DM-induced appendicities. So keep that in mind and you'll have fun in my quests.
The name of my avatar came from a PnP character of mine, half-orc monk who was one of my favourite characters. It also happens to be the name of my best friend's kid. So it works out!
