Bio:

Rufius had a pretty average life, grew up with his parents and brother in Haven. It wasn't until he was about 20 that his life started to change. His brother moved out with some one he married and went off to live on Dregar.
Rufius and his brother always played together as kids, then when they got slightly older their father taught them the basics of using a sword, Rufius however was never really fond of fighting, and preferred doing things like playing the lute.
When his brother was gone though, he decided it was time for him to get on with his own life, so he moved out and lived off the money he made by singing and playing.

Rufius stood pretty neutral on the grounds of religions, although when he was younger he was very curious of Lucinda and the weave.
Otherwise he enjoyed speculating and writing about the views of follwers of whatever deity came into question.

During his spare time he would practice making instruments to sell, and various other bits and pieces that he could make from wood, and if not he would most likely be found travelling the lands in search of inspiration, to find his purpose.

His approach to doing things in general will be if it doesn't benefit him, he won't do it. He'll need a motive to help people if they ask, be it money, or returning a favour, however will have no problem lying to people if he deems it necessary.
If he's in a group and everyones sticking to a plan, he will most likely do his own thing, unless it's the smartest choice for his well being.
He's the sort of person that would turn up in his own time, even if it means he's going to be late, thats if something else doesn't come up before hand, not a person many people will be relying on
