Bio: Dacriel was the birth of a prostitute and seeing he was planetouched and not having the coin to raise a child on, he was wraped in a blanket and dumped into the Pranzis sewers. After awhile he he washed up on the shore of Haft Lake where he was found by a blind elf hermit named Elgwenluil. She took Dacriel in and raised him like her own child.

As Dacriel grew he learned it was wise to not leave the small secluded lake house. The few times he did the travelers that spoted him starting cursing or throwing stuff at him. For most of his early teen years he stayed inside reading alot, helping with cleaning, and any other task to help the blind elf that had been so kind to him. She taught him many things about the elven culture, including there histories and backgrounds, even their language. Due to his planetouched inheritage he took on quite quickly.

One day as they ate a group of bandits approched the house and knocked on the door. Elgwenluil opened the door and the bandits barged in almost knocking the door off it's rotted wood hinges. Frightened from seeing the blades the men carried he hid under the table keeping the men in sight. The bandits were lead by a large man, a barbarian by the name of Malotof and named the Burnt braids for braiding there hair and smearing it in crushed charcole. He watch as the 7 of them began to threaten Elgwenluil sayign they are the rightful owners of her property. They said they would take her life and destroy her home if she didnt pay a certian amount of gold on a regular basis. She agreed and the men left but not for long.

They returned monthly to collect there gold and as the years went by Dacriel grew tried of this. He started heading out during the night heading to Pranzis and collecting gold and other small items of value off other people. As time went by he became pretty adept with his thieving skill and would take all his treasures back to Elgwenluil for her to offer as payment to Malotof and his thugs. She wasnt a fool and question were asked, but he covered it up well saying he had attained a night job at the inn cleanign tables and the rooms.

One night as he sped throguht he alley ways lookign for his next lift he ran into a halfling by the name of Felk Until. He went for the halfings coin purse but was overwhelmed by Felk's speed and soon found himself looking up to the halfling with a dagger to his throat. Questions were asked and Dacriel only told Felk a fraction of his situation. Hearing enough Felk offered him a small job selling contraband and illegal weapons around the city.

He began doing this nightly but as the sums of gold grew Egwenluil started to worry Dacriel was involved in devious things. She knew a job at the inn didnt pay this well. She started to not accept the gold he brung home and when he insisted she would take it and bury it behind the house when He was away.

On moring there was an early sunrise and Dacriel thought it would be wise to return home. Upon doing so he saw that there house had been torn apart and Malotof and his band were beating Elgwenluil. He fought to protect who he loved as a mother, but fell easily to the thugs. He lay on the ground holding a large wound on his torso looking up to the sky. It wasnt long before he closed his eyes and fell unconsious....

Approved and approved the the elf ear. You must have at least a 12 int to get it though so make sure that happens (raw 12 int). Ask in game and a GM will give you the ear, point them to this thread.
