Biography and description:
Swothnmer Leafsheild had a trying childhood. His parents were taken away from him at a very young age, and of whom, he remembers very little, only brief flashbacks of the day they were taken. He remembers hearing them yelling, and telling him to get back and hide, and later a bright light and sadistic laughter. Ever since that day, he has had a great fear of any bright flashing light. From what he and others were able to gather that day, he was able to find that his parents had been kidnapped and he was able to find a few clues as to who had taken them and where. But they were few and sketchy at best.
He spent the rest of his youth being raised by a caring elder of the tribe, but he spent all of his free time in the wilds of his homeland, learning about the land, and learning to be completely aware of his surroundings, and learning how to remain unseen. He also learned much of the wild beasts, and how to understand them and their ways. As such, he feels a special bond with animals, especially black panthers. This is because when he was off on one of his trips in the wild, he was set upon by a gigantic wild boar, when out of nowhere leapt a panther to his aid and with it’s help, was able to fend off the boar. The panther, badly wounded by the conflict, lead Swothnmer back to it’s den, where it fell to the ground, and died. Inside the den, Swothnmer found a young cub, which he then raised as a companion, to help pay off his debt to the mother.
Ever since he was old enough to remember, he has always questioned where his name came from, as it was different than all the others in his tribe. He achieved great expertise with the longbow, and learned to be proficient with fighting with his two favorite longswords.
Swothnmer left his home as soon as he entered adulthood, and began searching for the people who stole his parents from him, in hopes of freeing his parents. He hopes to one day free his parents, so he can finally get to know them and to ask them why he has the name he does. Although he knows that his road is a long one, he will not give up trying.
Description: Swothnmer is tall for a Wood Elf, with dark hair, brilliant green eyes, and many tattoos. He has an air of grace, and stealth around him, as if he feels completely aware of his surroundings, although this aura falters a little when he is in more heavily populated areas.
