Bio:
Talia was born to a human father and elf mother. She was the only child born to the couple as her mother passed away during childbirth of a sibling. The unborn child also passed. The father was unable to sent his only child, although female, to relatives to raise. Talia was his only connection to her mother. So, Talia and her father lived on the outskirts of a small village tending their animals and small fields making enough to survive and share with others. The family has always allowed visitors to partake in the land's bounty, sharing their table. Talia, although slight in build like her elf mother, was reared to be strong in character and quick in wit. Being the only child to her father, she has been a little unruly accepting rules as they benefited everyone.Her mother was a follower of Lucinda. Her father kept all of her mother's personal possessions in a trunk hidden in the crawlspace beneath the family's home in hopes to one day pass on to Talia. During an especially dry season, a brush fire too close to the family's home engulfed the small structure. Talia, her father and some other attempt to put out the fire. Once that was done, Talia noticed the trunk. She pulled it from the embers as her father looked on. He went to her, wanting to explain the contents of the small metal trunk. As he attempted to clean the soot from it, Talia realized the trunk is not injured and the very ornate workings with a ring of eight stars on the cover. Talia's father explains the trunk and beliefs that her mother held. After this experience, Talia becomes increasingly more restless with her memories of her mother and how much she did not know. Later, several Lucinite clerics passing through the area preach to the local villagers about the five Guides of the Blue Weave Path. Talia wants to learn more of her mother's faith and feels that a journey to further educate herself about the goddess Lucinda is a way to bring herself closer to her mother as well as to help others as her family has always done. She leaves her home with nothing of great value to be with the Lucinate clerics to begin her journey to a school of magic.

1. I have read the information on Lucinda and I will play Thalia as a faithful follower of Lucinda to the best of my abilities.

2. Talia believes that everything is connected as she has felt more connected to her mother since the teaching of the Lucinite clergy and the items left behind by her mother. Talia is part human and part elf. She feels the connections to both races as well as others. She sees life as a never ending circle involving everything (such as animals, nature and magic)and changes they all go through. She gains great joy in being able to share her abilities and the knowledge she has gained with others.

3. Talia has come to favor the colors of white and blue as they are the colors of Lucinda. She caries a quarterstave of her mother's along on her journey.
