Bio: A natural born fighter at heart, Kage was be seen as a rebelious child. Often, he was caught by the elders in the village beating down other children half his height. One thing most people didn't know about Kage was that the only reason he fought was to protect the younger children that were being picked on. The elders would always scold him for fighting and gave him tasks of burden to keep him busy like chopping wood,fixing fences, and carrying buckets of water from the wells to the farms around the village. Kage eventually came to care less for the punishments since he simply saw these tasks as a chance to get stronger.
His dad was once a fighter himself with a local militia but now at his old age is usually seen resting infront of his home, under a tree resting at his favorite bench. Kage looked up to his dad and would always stop by his dad's resting spot to listen to his stories as a milita man. Kage's mom on the other hand was a common housewife always cooking with old family friends and helping out in the farms when possible.
Despite the warnings of others Kage spent the majority of the time out in the fields beyond the village hunting for rats and other little animals for sport. On occasion, he would also hold mock battles with his friends and they would endure each other's beatings with large sturdy branches. This of course brought on the wrath of the village elders. As for Kage's parents they were either to busy or not willing to judge his childish actions.
When Kage turned 15 his dad encouraged him to join the milita and so he did without hesitating because he craved the adventure it offered. The years Kage spent with the militia were intense and sometimes impossible for him because he lacked the discipline demanded by the leading officers, but the majority of the time he rather enjoyed himself. Sparring with comrades, training in the use of melee weapons, and defending those weaker than himself gave Kage a sense of understanding to his own role in life.After only 4 years in the militia Kage left to seek out his own adventure because he felt limited in what he could accomplish out in the world while confined to the milita. Now 19 years old he considers himself a man and seeks a challenge and glory worthy of notice.
