Felicitiy’s mother was a faithful servant of Xeen, her father was nothing more than a nights entertainment to Felicity’s mother 9 months ago. Felicity was born an illegitimate child, a result of too much wine. Neither of them had planned on having a child, and neither of them wanted the child so Felicity’s mother left the unwanted newborn with the temple of Xeen in Karthy.

It was at Xeens temple that she was given the name Felicity Tyilel. “Felicity” meaning Pleasure, “Tyilel” is Elven, and translates to Pain. By the mentoring of the Xeenites Felicity grew up learning about many the pleasures and pain that life had to offer. Felicity was always eager to please her mistress and her fellow Xeenites.

Felicity discovered that her voice was capable at giving others pleasure and, to an extent even pain... She often would be making wine and singing a song or practicing her with her whip and singing a tune to the rhythm of the cracking whip. She soon learned how powerful a weapon her voice was. It in conjunction with her rhythmic whipping would cause some very interesting things to happen to those around her. Her mentors were very intrigued by this and encouraged her to improve those skills. Felicity devoted herself to her new found talent and she perfected her singing in hopes of pleasing her mistress Xeen. At age 18 Felicity was attending one of the many local festivals hosted by the Xeenites. One of her mentors encouraged her to perform a song for those in attendance... She got up on stage and began to sing... the crowd at first fell into a nice calm lull as she sang. She then she unfurled her whip and began cracking it to the intense rhythm of her song. This drove the crowd into a heated frenzy of excitement... some fell to their knees, others went into mild convulsions, some even begged for Felicity to use her whip on them. From then on if Felicity was in attendance at a festival she wasn’t allowed to leave until she had performed for the crowd.

Felicity has now set out to spread her Mistresses songs of pleasure and pain to the world.... she is eager to find new places to celebrate and new people to celebrate with, plus she hopes to help others find ways to enjoy all life has to offer.

The woman standing before you is young and beautiful. Her body is nearly perfect in every way.
As she speaks you can sense something in her voice... it is very pleasing to the ear yet at the same time you get an ever so slight feeling of disorientation when listening to her voice. Your not sure now which would be more of a threat if she were provoked, the whip coiled up at her side... or her voice.
