Short Bio/Description: Growing up on a small farm with his parents, Cassen was never content to just till the land and tend the cattle. He desired adventure. There was never any adventure in the small villiage he grew up in, simply life, and the occasional festival to celebrate a good harvest or happy wedding.
One day after harvest, just before winter, the last of the merchants were heading out of the villiage, and Cassen took his chance, he left a note to his parents telling them everything, and promised to come back once he had his fill of adventure. At a young age of 17 Cassen joined with one of the merchant guards, though he knew little more of weapons than using and axe to chop wood, or a machete to clear brush, he was a stout lad, who didn't look like the kind one would triffle with.
After 2 years with the merchant guard, Cassen had ventured near and far, though never back to his home villiage, he had sent some of the money he made, but never went back himself. In one of the larger cities, he saw that the Lord's armies were recruiting, and decided to quit the merchant guard and join the army, to gain real training and get the chance to hone his skills.
After 3 years in the army, he has progressed immensely in his use of blades, he is one of the best, close to a blademaster they say. But still his heart yearns for the adventure of a lifetime, and Cassen can see it, right at his fingertips ...
