Short Bio:
Nightwind was born in Saida on Voltrex, to a family of mages. Her training in The Art started at a very young age like for all in the Silverweave family. She never did progress quite as fast as her brothers and sisters did, which was unlikely for members of his family... though not unheard of. She was always more interested in great tales of heroism than spellbooks and archery stole time from her spellcraft training.

Eventually her parents gave up with her and thought it would be best to let her do what she wanted. So they let her study minimal spellcraft and concentrate more on swordplay and archery. When her brothers and sisters spent their time in a library, she was outside practicing her archery. She spent her youth mostly this way. She never was too interested in the outsider world either, and prefered to stay in the city. She also found her faith in Ilsare at quite a young age.

Once she was old enough, her father used what connections he had to arrange her a place in the Saida military academy. Though with her skills she would've gotten there anyway. She was happy and thrilled to be able to train and study with the best to become one of the best. She studied warfare and archery and was the among the best of her age in them. Once she was ready to specialize, she applied to join the elite arcane archers of Saida. With her skills in archery and background as a member of a family of wizards, she was accepted and continued her training there.

Eventually she finished her training and joined the Saida city guard. Life was good and peaceful for about fifty years. But she noticed she was slowly getting bored of the life. It wasn't full of danger and excitement as she had imagined... but rather quiet and boring. This is when she got interested of the distant land and began studying them. Eventually the idea of just leaving everything and becoming an adventurer started sounding quite good. She began planning... how she would travel to the distant lands and teach people archery the best she could. Thoughts of adventuring and excitement filled her dreams until one night she had a special dream. A voice spoke to her of great danger and that she must travel to the distant lands to help in the fight. She believed this was a message from Ilsare and it was finally enough for her.

She asked if her parents would arrange her trip... but they said no. They wanted her to be safe on the island and told her the distant lands were cursed and bad. This is when she truly realized who she was... Her life hadn't really been her own as much as it should've been. Everything she had, belonged to someone else. So she made her decision, and took whatever possessions she could... and one night bought passage on a ship heading to Mistone.

She lost much. She wouldn't be able to return. She couldn't take anything with her. She lost her friends. But she also gained something far greater. It was now fully her life she was living, how she wanted.
