Short Bio/Description: Having run at age 15 from the indigity of an arranged marriage to a debauched and gruesome man more than twice her age, Kendra has lived with various groups of gypsies, bandits, rogues and outcasts. Finally feeling secure enough in her abilities, she has struck out alone to seek her own inner balance. Accompanied by none but her animal companion, a panther named Salenna, she has lived alone and wild for many years. Only now, as she realizes her own limitations and need to find knowledge and the companionship of those of her own kind, has she emerged from the deep woods to try and learn the ways of nature's balance as related to those of her own kind in general, and herself in specific.

She senses within herself the ability to transform into something extraordinary - and seeks those who can help to show her the way to this knowledge and skill.
