Hi there,
Another new player impressed by the Bioware highlight, I made a very general bio for a Paladin here to play on Layonara (I hope!)
Thanks for taking the time to read this, and please feel free to suggest any changes you would like to see.
Oh, I read this:http://www.layonaraonline.com/forums...d=5031&posts=1 for the religious dogma etc. and was going to play her as a very straight young paladin, at least at the onset.

Full Name: Trulyn Ellerand
Age:25
Class:Paladin
Race:Human
Alignment:Lawful Good
Deity:Toran
Description:
Trulyn stands 5 foot 10 inches tall, has light sandy hair and wears the silver and blue plate of Toran. She proudly carries a shield bearing the Ankh. Across her back is strapped a londsword. Those observing her passing by would note that she moves slowly and assuredly, carrying her head high as if proud of something. She would smile in greeting to others, but that smile would not hide the beginnings of frown lines on her brow. She speaks with a clear and measured voice, as if she has rehearsed each word beforehand.
Bio:
It was always likely that Trulyn became a paladin. It was so...
Born a bottlemakers daughter, her fathers business was closely tied to the temples of the great leader Toran. As she accompanied him on his trips around the temples supplying potion bottles to the priests, she was encouraged by her father (himself a follower) and became interested in the teachings and the doctrine of Toran. The clergy she met educated her in the ways of the Great Leader, and she knew her life would be forever linked to the church.
In a childhood full of travel and change, Toran's priests showed her nothing but constant kindness and patience, and she was most comfortable with that. She felt that this goodness and strength of mind that the church represented was exactly what the world needed. More than once had she seen the effects of evil on the world, and these protectors of truth and justice gave her strength.
As Trulyn bacame older, she learnt about the seperate divisions of the church of Toran; the Clerics, Paladins and even the Undead Hunters. She would often talk to members of the church in order to hear stories of their deeds and what had happened in the world. She listened with great interest and tried to learn as much as she could.
As she neared her twentieth birthday, Trulyn applied to become a servant of the church, and spend all of her time in its service. She was delighted to be accepted. She was well known by now amongst the clergy and was looked upon with favour.
In the following few years Trulyn studied the Law and Scripture of the land, and she grew in both mind and body. She was a good student and dutifully carried out the chores and errands given to her by the priests. As she neared her prime, she showed herself to be of sound mind and a disciplined fighter with Torans weapon of choice, the longsword. While her body became stronger, her faith and belief in Toran's teachings became more so, and all the while she could see more and more need for his presence out in the world. Away from the temples, away from the towns and cities even.
It was for this reason that she applied to join the order of Paladins...
