Bio/Description:

His father Boros grew up in Lorindar the son of a blacksmith. Dissatisfied with the life of a blacksmith's son he joined the local militia and learn to use a sword. Feeling he could do more to aid his countrymen against the army of blood and filled with wanderlust Boros answered the call for reinforcements.

His mother Nathè hailed from Dalanthar. Both her mother and father were wizards. Nathè was blessed with a great intellect so naturally became a wizard like her parents. Fed-up with local politics she struck out on her own to try and do some good.

A few years later Nathè was using here magic to support troops fighting against Bloods army when she was overtaken. Fortunately Boros was near by and he killed the beast before it could finish Nathè off but not before being wounded himself. In spite of his wound Boros was able to carry Nathè to safety and to a healer where they both were treated. They quickly fell in love. For many years after that they fought together against evil until Nathè become pregnant. Nathè talk Boros into giving up their life of defending the land and move to Mistone to raise their child in relative safety. Boros became the blacksmith of a small town called Krandor.

Boros loved telling Hintin stories about the adventure he and his mother had when they were younger and Hintin loved hearing them. Hintin learned to be a blacksmith but also his father taught him how to fight, how to use a sword, shield, and armor which Boros made for teaching Hintin.

Many adventures seeking the Lost Ruins and hunters passed through Krandor constantly. Many of these adventures come to Boros’ blacksmith shop which gave Hintin an opportunity to interact with peole from a wide verity of religious and political beliefs. The conflict between these political beliefs led Hintin to mistrust politics and religion in general though he did come to respect teaching of Aeridin and Aragen.

Eventually Hintin become bored with the life of a blacksmith much like is father when he was young. Seeing the adventurer passing through town didn’t help either. Boros could see the wanderlust building in Hintin and understood it well. Boros did is best to teach Hintin all he could to prepare his son for the day he would leave their simple life behind. That day come shortly after Hintin turned 18. Hintin was not sure what he was seeking, fame, fortune, knowledge, perhaps all three or perhaps he was seeking his destiny. One thing was sure, he had to seek it. So he packed up his thing and headed for Hlint.

Hintin is strong do to working as blacksmith for his father but smarter then most which he gets from his mother. He is average height with black hair and steel gray eyes. He dealt with people from most races and is tolerant of all figuring that race doesn’t define a persons nature.
