Godim was born in the continent of Mistone, in the village of Center. His mother (named Manni)
died in child-birth. So he was left with his father (named Torlim), and he taught him to hunt and
to sow and harvest the fields. So went his life until his 15th summer, when a passing magician
came to to Center, and played a little show of fireworks and tricks. Godim was very impressed by
her skills, and went to see her after the show. and she agreed to teach him some tricks of hers for
a good meal and a good bed for a week. Godim's father was not very keen to magicians, and didn't at
first adheed to this contract, but Godim was a witty youngster and got his father to accept the lady
in to the house for some extra work and for a promise that he wouldn't bother his father for his
drinking.
The lady taught Godim her tricks, and after 2 years of training he was quite close to mastering the
trait. But what the lady didn't know, was that it was Godim who stole his book on the basic of
magic, and in secret Godim learned some usefui cantrips.

When Godim had learned and mastered the cantrips in secret at the age of 23, he was an intelligent
and rather good looking and muscular young man.
Godim's father died to a bad fever when Godim was 25, and he was the sole heir of his fathers house
and belongings. Some of these he sold to finance further studies in magic, but he still worked at
the fields, but stopped hunting and bought his meat from others.
When Godim was 30, she met a woman named Mira, and they became husband and wife when Godim was 32.
They had their son when Godim was 35 (Timpa), and their daughter (Sanni) when he was 39.
When they were married, Godim stopped his magic studies and didn't touch his books and scrolls for
until he was 47 years old.

The couple and their children lived a fine life together until Godim came to the age of 43, when he
caught the same bad fever that his father did. He did survive through this endeavour, but it left
marks on him, he lost lots of his weight and never regained his old strength. When Godim had
reached the age of 44, he had to leave physical work behind, and his son and daughter worked the
fields. At the age of 47 Godim started to study on magic again from his old belongings. He had some
trouble remembering the patterns and ways of magic, but at the age of 50, he had remastered the
basics and cantrips again. At the age of 56 his daughter died, when a horse kicked him to the ribs.

Godim mastered the casting of first level spells at the age 62, but he hasn't boasted with his
skills to others, mainly just helped him on his various jobs.
At 63 years of age, his wife Mira died apparently to cancer. And during the next year his house
was destroyed and his daughter burned alive by a freak fire, which some proclaimed was Godim's
doings (for they thought he had gone mad by the dead of his wife). For this, Godim moved out of
Center and started to travel the world, he was not in a bad shape after all. He sold most of his
belongings but kept the spellbooks and other magic related items.
Nowadays he has grown a long beard and hair (which have grayed by the age), and normally wears
a large pointy hat, cloak and a robe. His skin has been pox-marked since his bad fever, otherwise
it is normal caucasian coloured.
