Bio/Description:
Mischa’s parents were a beautiful elven sorceress named Fithanilnia Windblown and a handsome human fighter named Oldral (or so the two of them thought of each other). Having met during their wild youth, the two settled down later on a farm on the outskirts of Luck. Mischa’s mother always hoped that her daughter would one-day follow in her families tradition of magic and her father wanted to keep her away from the rough lifestyle of adventuring. The farm made enough to support them and a few luxuries now and then. It was a quiet place. Mischa spent the better part of her youth getting to know the wilds around the farm while her two older brothers helped her Dad with the work. Her father taught her brothers the basics of fighting so they could defend the farm against the occasional dangers which one always finds living a bit removed from civilization. Every so often a friend of her parents from the old days would stop by to visit for a while.
After the murder of her father and brothers and the death of her mother, Otto Splithammer took care of Mischa. She was only 10 years old then. He was a frequent visitor of the family and old companion to both her mother and father. A gruff and grumpy old drunkard of a dwarf he was, but with a heart of gold deep down. In the past, he had been a monk of some standing. He adhered to his own code now, but attempted to learn much about the ways of enlightenment. How he came upon this path he never told Mischa. He treated Mischa as a disciple and daughter. Teaching her how to fuse her mind and body into one not only during combat, but also in everyday life. Recently, Otto passed away while Mishca kept vigil over him one night. He said one word before smiling and leaving this world. Vorax. Mischa performed burial rights as best she could not knowing Otto’s wishes and meditated on his life. She then decided to journey to Hlint and see what she could of the world. The deaths of her family are never far from her thoughts.
