Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. And our world is endlessly evolving, so resources are frequently added and updated.
There are also years of sage advice and commentary on role-playing, gaming and online community development stored in these forums. If camaraderie is what you seek, we offer that too. If you wish to have a character deleted please post a reply to this thread.
Include your Bioware name as well as the Character Name you wish to be deleted. Please be sure it is your BIOWARE NAME, not the forum name. And make sure it is the one you are using to log in to the game world. Fully 20% of the requests for deletion give out the wrong Bioware name and this causes a lot more work on our part.

Reason: I created him on the server before I'd read the forums and rules because I wanted to check it out.
Side note: I found the password using google. I'm fairly certain the summry text under the link was extracted from these forums, but I can't be sure. I'd try googling "layonara PW RP password" without the quotes just to make skure it isn't floating around on another site. Bioware Name: Krysthalion Character Names: Ael Rynthien, Krysthalien, Krysthalien Dawnstar Reason: I wish to end an addiction to computer games from which I suffer. Deleting both of these characters will help with that, and I will need all the help I can muster. Many people laugh about the addictiveness of these games; many people talk as if the addictive nature of these games is something desirable. Yet I have come to view this as a clinical addiction - fundamentally similar to addictions to drugs and alcohol - or other behavioral disorders such as eating disorders. And having such a disorder or addiction is intolerable for me, personally. Furthermore, I am requesting this after consulting with my family - and they will explore legal action against Dan Scott and others involved in the Layo business if these characters are not deleted. This is something very important that I need to pass on to you. Farewell and have a good one folks!

Because for the few that do not love it, or get tired in the long run, there is many that loves what you do and love the world you have brought in. It's unfortunate that it ends like this for him, that the world got to him in such a deep fasion, but for those who still stays here and play within the beautiful settings you brought us, we thank you.

PyyranTest is no longer needed, as Pyyran permed out, and Barret Glibb... Well, Darkstorme was right about it being an exceptionally difficult character concept to keep up with. I tried, but, in the end, the concept really didn't adapt well to low-level play, and I couldn't stick it out well enough to get him past it.
