Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. |  Level Limit List for Items
I have seen the level limit list for enchantments and enhancements on armor and weapons, very helpful. But I'd like to know if there is a list somewhere for items such as jewelry. I'll be looking at rings of (insert ability here) +2 soon and don't have a clue when I can equip them; same for amulets of any kind. I've looked all over the forums, can someone point me toward what I undoubtably missed?

It would be great if this kind of thing were on LORE. I ought to gather what I can and put together a wiki page, then someone can post it to LORE.
But in the mean time, what I usually do to answer the level limit question is rely on the albums of Kat's Creations and the Freelancers. The Freelancer's Kat's Creations
These stores have item descriptions for most items, and the Freelancers especially have gone to great lengths to add the level requirements.
For example, +2 Stat rings require level 12.

The Raven Trading Company is working on adding level requirements for items to the pricing list. But this is a slow process since you have to use the pricing lense on each item that can be crafted.

I in fact made the wiki page I mentioned. I still have it on my disk. It has weapons, armors, instruments, rings, etc. It is missing some of the newer flavor items from drops. I had it on my personal LORE page for awhile.
The LORE team said I could leave it there, but they'd prefer that I not, and said that they would not be posting that information either. The final decision was that that was information to be found in game. To me, level requirements seem OOC, but it's not my call.
If someone official wants to post the information, I'd be happy to provide the wiki page as a start.

Alexandrite:
+1 Ability Amulet - lvl 5
+1 Ability Ring - lvl 6
+1 Ability Ring Exceptional (casts 3rd level spell 1x day) - 10
Diamond:
+2 Ability Amulet - lvl 11
+2 Abilty Ring - lvl 12
+2 Ability Ring Exceptional (casts 3rd level spell 2x day) - 14
Emerald
+3 Ability Amulet - lvl 17
+3 Ability Ring - lvl 17
+3 Ability Ring Exceptional (casts 3rd level spell 3x day) - 19
