Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. And our world is endlessly evolving, so resources are frequently added and updated.
There are also years of sage advice and commentary on role-playing, gaming and online community development stored in these forums. If camaraderie is what you seek, we offer that too. |  West server appears to be having login troubles again
It says the server has been up for 42 minutes but it appears its started up but is still appearing offline like it did afew weeks back, as from the looks of it no one is able to log in.

Last time this happened Leanthar reset the server.
I see two people online on West now but i assume they've logged in through the quest server...as there tends to be more than two people online this time of day
I assume others have the same problem with the server appearing offline? or is it just me and everyone else is at work?

i found it on the Bioware server lists, it appears that it was set to an old IP when the server was reset, the current IP on it is
69.80.198.68
that isn't the quest server, as the module currently on the quest server is central

I don't see Layonara - West listed as online on my list, and yes, that's the IP which it appears to be set to (offline). I can't get in either. | | | | |

Yeah west is down untill someone fixes it.
It could be that Logins got disabled again accidentally.
Talan's Advice: do something else for a while if you're stuck out of west, it will be down untill someone that can reset it wakes up/comes around.

I cant See Layo either. Central and Quest is there, but no West.

'regular' West is coming back up...
The Quest server is running the West module too now, but that's for a quest only, so only the quest participants should log into that one. | | | | |
