Welcome to the new home of Layonara! You are viewing the new site that will support our current and future plans. This site will evolve over time as we are able to rollout more of our plans to this fantastic community.

I want to thank several people who have put in some seriously long hours in order to get us up and running on this new site. The thanks are in no particular order, but all of them are important in their efforts; THANK YOU to Orth, Klaatu, Minerva, Boxcar, Rhizome and OneST8. Without their hard work and dedication this would have not been possible.

I would like to draw your attention to at the new site are the new stores that we will have available to the Layonara community. Layonara.RPGNow.com is an electronic download store offering all sorts of RPG downloads. I would like to request that you please purchase all of your RPG downloads via layonara.rpgnow.com as it will help us to support the world and the community as we as grow it for the community of players. So if you ever want to purchase an RP book please go through layonara.rpgnow.com to help us help you.

The second store is BurnLounge. Currently this store allows for you to purchase individual songs or albums from over a 1,000,000 selections. But in version 2 (coming soon) it will also offer movies and books, and probably more. I ask that you please purchase as much as you can through this store as it too will go a long way with helping us to help and support the Layonara community.

We have several other stores that if you use for your purchases it will help us to help this community by providing some sort of financial support to us.

Check out the classifieds section. Make sure this never (ever) used for the benefit of a character or in-game benefits (in any way) for the NwN game world. But you can use it for just about anything else if you use the proper category. I am not sure how many will actually use it, but it is a nice little system for the community.

We are hoping that these two stores, and the other three that are currently available, will be able to help us grow and support the community, but it depends on all of you to help us out. The other really cool thing about BurnLounge is that YOU can set up a store under Layonara and can then make money on your own, but it will take work of course. So don't go in to it thinking it is easy, and understand you could definitely lose money at the venture. I also ask that people that set up a BurnLounge store to please do so via Layonara as that will help us to support the community, game world, and players.

A lot of the links that you used to find up on the top right side of the screen (at layonaraonline.com) you will now find under "Layonara Links". There is also a "Forum Links" that will give you information for the website in general, as well as your personal account information.

We are changing the function of LORE but are not 100% finalized on all of that at this time. Chances are that LORE is going to be just for characters and character interaction within the game world, as well as the server status. Again though, this is not yet finalized and will continue to change and evolve over time.

There are many cool things coming to the Layonara Community this year. This is the second one (with initial rollout of V3 being the first) and is perhaps the most important as it is setting the foundation for future plans.
