| Just for Fun A forum section to lighten your day with jokes, funny links, and things that make you laugh. Keep them clean and remember this is a family server. | | Welcome to the Layonara forums!
Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. And our world is endlessly evolving, so resources are frequently added and updated.
There are also years of sage advice and commentary on role-playing, gaming and online community development stored in these forums. If camaraderie is what you seek, we offer that too. Our community is as active and supportive as you're likely to find on the internet. In short, these forums are a resource for you to use for whatever purpose or project brought you here.
We're confident that you will find what you are looking for, and likely, substantially more.
Please be our guest and browse around the forums which are available to you. As you do, keep in mind that you are sampling only a portion of what Layonara has to offer. Membership in our community is free, and allows you to establish a Layonara identity to pose your questions and share your thoughts on the forums. When you join you'll also be able to communicate privately to other members (PMs), establish and respond to polls, upload and download content and access many other special features. | Real Life to AD&D Stats Greets,
Found this on Totalfark: http://www.thehaws.org/add_quiz.shtml
The Intelligence question is pretty bad but the quiz is just for fun.
Post your results here!

Feh... very close to Freldo's stats. So he's a lot more like me than I thought.
Now I gotta ask my wife if I'm that loud and insane. Edit:
Talked to the wife, she think's I'm normal but a little too loud - but that's understandable since my mother's a loud old-school italian mamma.

I certainly do not agree with the questions that determine one's wisdom.

Umm, actually, yeah, that's pretty dead on. I might be slightly less wise, and slightly more dextrous, but then I do mostly rely on my strength to get me around, and I have a lot of worldly experience. Not bad, I'm a 34 point buy. Super's a 36. (crazy freakin' Charisma).

STR, CON and CHR are not really accurate....I do work out at the gym but didn't understand the question for STR well. I thought I would get around 15 CON as I have quite a healthy life style. Also for Char...Around right but 14 - Alot of people trust me, listen to me, come to me for advice and naturally a leader to a group of strangers. | | |

| Re: Real Life to AD&D Stats I redid the test. For strength I looked at the benchpress this time instead of the other.
And questions I had doubts about earlier, I filled in differently.
Wisdom is still low. Well, yeah, I mix up people's names and like to play poker. Does that mean I have a low wisdom, I think not.
