Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.
After years of passionate effort, our world is so well developed, so detailed, so refined that any of the handbooks, maps, historical accounts, legends, descriptions of artifacts, creature reports, character biographies, short stories, novels, movies and original art which populate these forums can surely serve as resources or inspiration for your own fantasy endeavors, whatever they may be. And our world is endlessly evolving, so resources are frequently added and updated.
There are also years of sage advice and commentary on role-playing, gaming and online community development stored in these forums. If camaraderie is what you seek, we offer that too. Our children were playing this morning, usual kids stuff. Suddenly the four year started singing. Guess what it was she was singing? <FONT SIZE=12> They're Taking the Hobbits to Isengard, They're Taking the Hobbits to Isengard, They're Taking the Hobbits to Isengard </FONT SIZE> What am I to do? this cant be happenening, I had only just got over last episode. Now it has returned with a vengence to haunt me, through a poor unsuspecting child... Help! That melody, the tiny sounding Kazoo, the vision of Legolas forming a hook in your mind to ensnare you in its catchy awfullness. I think Im off to lie down in a darkened room

Alright, here's what you do (all though you may get some Human Rights Activists on your case)....bind and gag them, and make them promise never to sing it again.
OR
show them the Llama song. That'll wipe the Isengard thing outta they're minds, and they wont be able to sing fast enough for the llama song, so your good! | | | | |

Seriously though, my friends at school are about ready to kill 'cause of how much i sing both the hobbit song and the llama song. In fact, one of my friends slapped me the other day when I ws singing the song. Then i showed it to him, and now he has it stuck in this head
