Layonara is so much more than a game. We started off as a tabletop Dungeons and Dragons campaign more than a decade ago. Since then we have developed into a fantasy world with as much compelling and engrossing detail as you will find anywhere.
Our current showcase is a Neverwinter Nights version of Layonara, where our world comes to life in a finely polished persistent world which you can play free of charge. These forums are set up to support and accentuate our player's experiences, but it goes far beyond that.

Version 5.9d:
Ruins of Lies - Cutscene with henchmen, make sure debugmode is 0. See if there's a way to get yourself stuck in the Memory of Insanity area (evil orc's watch.)
- Make sure you can't avoid the evil presence convos by clicking on the invisible NPC and moving around withing a reasonable radius right when he spawns. even if you break convo in the middle he should re-begin the convo with you, but it will start at the begining.
- Confirm that statues are behaving correctly when you hit the gong. save and load the game near the gong and see if that buggers them up (it shouldn't.)
Finale (XT and BWT) - Make sure Xora and Abkar convos dont fail if you click on them as they approach you.
Ice Mirror Halls - Confirm that 2nd henchman convos are working (talk to the ice crystal, go through the first henchman/crystal convo, then after that convo click on your henchman to talk to them. They should give a dialogue about the Ice mirror halls rather than their normal dialogue.)

| Verified that there is no script turning anything into a cat (I don't think there ever was,) does the dialogue demand it?

The dialagoue does demand it. That was the issue... there is no cat.
We could do it as another animal that is IG, or just let the PC imagine that they are turned into a cat to save from having to script. Your call.

I played through the shamen quest in 5,1 and it went fine, though I dont remember anything about cats or badgers. Also if you want the ruins of lies tested for balance purposes would the 5,1 still work for that? I tried to make it through, but got stuck at the candelabra place :P | | | | |

If this is the quest line where you get the raven feathers necklace, I was through it at least tiwce, once in 5.1 and back in 4.7, or earlier even, I believe, never ever turned into anything. | | | | |

Nothing has been changed since then, so if it was good then, it's good now.
