Xora's Tower (scripting - Talan)

Can't activate or use the portal.

Receive the NWAID notice in the journal identifying the area as a NWAID area.

*look around* indicated the portal to be an object of interest.

*examine portal* provided a description of the portal.

*touch*, *drink*, *extinguish*, *light*, *read* commands all produce messages to the effect that nothing happened.

*open portal* produces no effects or messages.

*activate portal*, *use portal* did not work. (I don' think these are NWAID commands but I tried them anyway)

Could not figure out how to use the portal; consequently, could not reach Xora.

I think (but could be wrong) what he is saying is it never asked for a password or anything like that...or at the very least he couldn't figure out how to do it which means it is not intuitive for end users.

Someone give me a name to use as the password and "examine", "inspect" and if desired a "read" description of the portrait that gives the name.

A large portrait with an antique wooden frame hangs on the wall of the dimly lit room. The portrait is that of a young looking human female with kind brown eyes and long dark auburn hair. Streaks of silver that grace her locks give a look of wisdom to her, despite her young features. There is somthing magical about her. On the bottom of the frame a small gold plate has an inscription. You could "read the inscription"

*In fine script it reads* Rose, My sister, My friend. *The rest of the inscription appears to be two dates, but is obsequered and unreadable*
change the key from "debug" to "Rose"
